1. Custom Orders: Given the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

2. Exceptions: In the unlikely event that the product is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will carefully review the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or correction. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Approval Process: Clients are required to approve all details, including designs, colors, materials, and sizes, before we proceed with the order. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information and to review and approve all aspects of the custom order prior to production. Senpai Productionz will not be responsible for errors or dissatisfaction stemming from customer-provided details.
