Description of Services
Senpai Productionz offers custom apparel creation services, including but not limited to embroidery and heat press. These services are provided according to the specifications and requirements provided by the customer.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the order process. The Company shall not be liable for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Payments and Pricing
Full payment must be made upfront as per the quote provided by the Company. All sales are final, and no refunds will be offered except as explicitly outlined in our No Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Customers represent and warrant that any designs, logos, or other materials provided for use in custom orders do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. Customers will indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from alleged infringement.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping will be carried out through third-party carriers. Senpai Productionz shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or loss of packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping options, including insurance if desired, and tracking their orders. The Company will not cover or refund the value of lost or damaged packages in transit.
Limitation of Liability
Senpai Productionz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, related to the services provided.

Senpai Productionz may utilize your personal information to execute services including but not limited to fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and emails, analyzing customer data, marketing, processing credit card information, investigating fraudulent activity, and providing customer service.
